CLASS DESCRIPTION:
To attend this class please have former knowledge about the seven Chakras, what they represent and how they interact with the body and mind. Taking the “Intro to the Seven Chakras & Corresponding Guided Meditations” Class is appropriate prior experience for this Class.
This class will cover crystals and gems that help represent the seven Chakras. We will also go into what those crystals and gems represent individually.
There will also be fully guided meditations involving these Chakras and crystals to help teach you how to pause, acknowledge, and help free up blockages in the flow of your body’s natural energy. You do not have to know anything about meditation practices. It will be a fully guided and instructed experience.
If you are curious and interested in learning about energy work from a professionally trained Reiki Master of Masters, Chakra and Crystal Healing Practitioner, Shamanic Life Coach, Life & Relationship Coach, and Alternative Lifestyle Coach and Educator please join us in a LGBTQIA2+ and alternative lifestyle friendly environment.
