Intro to the Seven Chakras & Guided Meditations Class - New Hampshire (Part 1 of 2)

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
This class is beginner friendly to all things energy work and Chakras. There is no prerequisite of education, training, knowledge, or intuition/gifts to attend this class.
Within all human beings are seven powerful focal points of energy called Chakras. Every Chakra holds the potential for immense healing and restoration to both the body and mind.
Do you ever feel out of sorts and little lost? You don’t know necessarily why? Your mental performance is lacking or your body is dragging, it is very possible that your Chakras natural energy flow is disrupted or blocked.
Understanding this system of energy flow within yourself, how it affects your body and mind, how to keep it flowing properly, identifying blockages, and then freeing up those blockages can give you a roadmap for what areas of your body and your life need attention.
Understanding and caring for your Chakras in positive, respectful directions as you move forward in your life and in your journey can change your life both mentally and physically.
This class will cover the well known seven Chakras, what parts of the body and mind they represent, their characteristics, their colors, their corresponding sound therapy, and aromatherapy. (Corresponding crystals and gems will be covered in Part 2 of this two part class series. “The Seven Chakras and Corresponding Crystals - New Hampshire - Thursday, TO BE ANNOUNCED”).
There will also be fully guided meditations involving these Chakras to help teach you how to pause, acknowledge, and help free up blockages. Again, you don’t have to know anything about Chakras and meditation. It will be a fully guided and instructed experience.
